The so called 'manager' David, was a complete rude asshole. Told me to hurry up and get my card so he can charge my room. I got a non smoking room online and then he continued to argue with me and say my money was non refundable and that I had to pretty much deal with it. I took two steps in the smoking room and it was like hitting a brick wall of smoke so I said hell no im getting a different room. Went back to the front desk and requested a double bed or something as long as it was non smoking. He said he had a handicap room but I would have to move rooms every night to a different room. I requested to talk to the guy that was above him, and then all of a sudden he found a non smoking room with double beds. Imagine that. He has no respect for anyone that! Not even his own co workers! Their was a young lady that just started working there, so she was still getting used on how to do things...well he would embarrass her, call her out right in front of customers!! He made her go check the room we were supposed to be in and thought we were lying about how bad the room smelt like smoke. I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL!!! It's disgusting, the people are rude and have no ounce of respect for anyone.

A nice size rooms for our needs, efficient staff. Good facilities. Comfortable location near many places, and 15 minute walk from Mall of Abilene. Right by the Mall and a variety of restaurants, dining options and business areas.

The staff were super friendly and helped with everything! The room had a strange smell and was a bit dated 😕 I'd recommend improving the cleanliness!

Had a very nice stay, the hotel is upscale and great.
Location: the hotel was adjacent to a variety of restaurants, several restaurants and dining options. The room for our needs. The service was great with parking on site.
